Since 1997 Map International is specialised providing commercial, administrative and technical assistance to European Contractors for contracts awards and implementation in the transport infrastructure sector, for projects financed by the European Union

MAP International mission is to identify interesting projects for its clients, to provide assistance in order its client to be awarded with a contract, and to perform it.

This includes:

• provide the Client with all available useful information on the competition regarding the Project;
• assist the Client to make a selection of the most suitable Bulgarian and, if relevant, non-Bulgarian industrial partner(s), to develop the Project and to organise and arrange for the signature of any joint venture agreement(s) between the Client and the selected partner(s);
• advise the Client on all administrative and commercial aspects of the Project up to the signing of the Contract;
• assist the Client in the presentation of his offer: check and verify conformity of the submitted documents with the tender requirements, recommend adequate formats to meet eligibility criteria;
• provide technical, administrative and commercial support and advice to Client during the Project’s implementation phase until the completion of the Project;
• assist the Client to obtain comprehensive and competitive proposals from local partners and/or sub-contractors and/or suppliers, in order to enter into the necessary agreements with such local partners and/or sub-contractors and/or suppliers;
• monitor the tender evaluation period, to ensure full feed-back to the Client of available information, in order to react competitively, adequately and in due time to the questions to tenderers.
