Jean TALMON, aged 48, is a principal shareholder in MAP International since 1997, a company specializing in project financing, with particular emphasis on infrastructure projects.

 Prior to that, he was for six years Managing Director of Feal International, a subsidiary company of  Compagnie Générale des Eaux, handling international hotel development. It was with CBC, Compagnie de Bâtiment et de la Construction that he first began in 1987 working in the public works business sector, before moving on to Pullman International Hotels where he ran development in Asia. He opened his career with Banque Française du Commerce Extérieur dealing for seven years with export credits and correspondent banking worldwide.

He is a graduate of Sciences Economiques and also holds a degree from the Institut de Commerce International.
